Take one pak every day for 21 consecutive days. On training days, take pak 45 minutes prior to exercise. On non-training days, take pak in the morning or early afternoon. Cycle product for maxium results: three weeks on and one week off.
ANIMAL PUMP
As a "core" or foundational preworkout supplement, take a single pack 30 - 45 minutes before you lift, preferably on an empty stomach. As each pack also contains your full, daily dose of creatine, take Pump every day for optimal results. On non-training days, you can take the pack around the same time as you would if you were training. You can remove the red capsule (stims) on off days, or if you train at night.
CONTROLLED LABS PURPLE WRAATH
Initial (first serving): To assess your individual tolerance to the ergogenic matrix, combine ½ scoop of PURPLE WRAATH™ with 5-10 oz. of water and consume it before, during and/or after your workout. Shake well before drinking. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.
For Regular Use: Combine 1 scoop of PURPLE WRAATH™ with 20-40 oz. of water, and consume it during the workout or over an extended period of time (pre-workout, during your workout, and post-workout). Shake well before drinking. For best results, PURPLE WRAATH™ should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with at least 1 gallon of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
EVLUTION NUTRITION PUMPMODE NITRIC OXIDE
Powder: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of PUMPMODE® with 8-10 oz of water, pre-workout, or beverage of your choice 15-30 minutes before training.
